Metal Night at Humbrews March 9! Featuring War Möth, Ultramafic, and FHOG!
Saturday March 9 2019, join us for a night of local Humboldt heavy music. Featuring three bands with a kindred spirit and love of heavy music. First up FHOG, self described as "heavy blues stoner rock or something, loud, sometimes fast, sometimes slow." Their name is an acronym for Finger Hash Of the Gods, that ought to tell you all you need to know. Next up is Arcata's own Ultramafic. This Humboldt County stoner metal instrumental power trio will rattle your brain with the heaviest of riffs.
Closing out this night of face melting is War Möth, a quartet of seasoned local musicians. War Möth offers up original music, and the occasional cover tune, heavily inspired by 1970s and early 1980s hard rock and heavy metal.
